Now this would possibly revolutionary if it was passed in the higher courts. Acknowledging that indeed Gia is a living being and must be treated with the same respect, dignity and rights as any other person would be groundbreaking from an environmental protection perspective.
I really don't see how that's a hypothesis...but here we are.
