I kind of put it all in my smoothies. My favorite greens, protein powder,frozen berries , and any other powdered supplements I'm currently taking .
I add plain yogurt or kefir for probiotics boost. Just change the flavours around with berries and some times I add cinnamon or nutmeg,ginger ect .. but the base is pretty simple.
I have to use nut milks
This one is greens, dark sweet cherries, bananas , lotus blossom powder, plain yogurt, almond milk & vanilla protien powder.
Simple but also packed full of goodies !
