When I go for my "walks abouts" to gather natural resources , I do so with intention and respect not only for Mother Gia, the land but also for the ancestral / elemental spirits of the land/water. I bring in little offerings or make a little offering bowl on the spot . As I take a moment to reflect and give my gratitude for all the wonderful resources we are blessed with.
