Summer Solstice Energies

✨🕊️ I was out kayaking today taking extra time for self care, meditations and listening for more messages from the Divine . It was a beautiful day on the water and recieved a message from spirit . Starting now and over this summer Solstice is a very important time for us to do our gratitude prayers , take spiritual baths , sage, clean your spaces , spend time in nature, self care ... You know the drill . This is a very powerful time for us to mediate and set the intentions for greater inner peace and harmony. For ourselves and for humanity. 🤍
