I kind of put it all in my smoothies. My favorite greens, protein powder,frozen berries , and any other powdered supplements I'm currently taking . I add plain yogurt or kefir for probiotics boost. Just change the flavours around with berries and some times I add cinnamon or nutmeg,ginger ect .. but the base is pretty simple. I have to use nut milks This one is greens, dark sweet cherries, bananas , lotus blossom powder, plain yogurt, almond milk & vanilla protien powder. Simple but also packed full of goodies ! Yum 😀

Have extra bananas . I used to throw them in the fridge in hopes I would make banana bread some day . Since that didn't happen as often as I planned, I now slice them up and freeze them for smoothies . With the option of also using them as a sweetner substituent in baking . Slice bananas onto parchment paper . Later it if you have alot . Freeze for a good day at least . Then let them slightly thaw when you remove from freezer ( not too much ). Easier to get them off parchment paper. Lay bag flat to freeze, evenly dispersed . If some i happen to stick together it's easier to just give them a smack on the counter and loosen them up :) Pop them in a freezer bag and voila done !
