I was very suprised to see a longer format video do so well . This time last year it took me all day to figure out how to edit a 30 second video. I havent had a natural affinity towards tech or social media so the self learning process has been daunting to say the least !
I was super happy with this and proud of how far I have come, on so many levels . This piece felt like a huge landmark for me on my creative /healing journey.
Art has helped me through dark times and grounded me back" home " to my authentic self .
The creative process has always been my teather when everything had to fall apart to make room for new beginings.
Just like a natural fire burns away the old and gives the ground fresh nutrients for a new forest to begin again.
So are there times in our lives a controlled burning away of what isnt serving our highest good on a soul level
Is exactly whats required.
Yet few have the courage and faith to watch it all burn, trusting the process.
Its terrifying and exhillerating all at once
