Last night I felt another barrage of attempted spiritual attacks on myself and the collective. That is not going to happen not on my or any other light workers watch . Just saying.
I felt guided to share this post about practical ways of clearing your energies and raising your frequencies.. I know that this will reach who it needs to at the right time .🙏
There are dark energy forces that are sneaky trickster (Loki /Luciferin /Satanic /Evil /Baal) whatever you want to label it ) energies .
They don't normally try and attack you right in your face . That energy is much more sly.
It can come as an business"alley", a trusted friend and sadly even family members ( these are soul contracts )
They try and trick you into selling your soul and giving your free will away . Ive been tried many,many times by this energy. I'm very familiar with it.
Even a seasoned spiritual veteran can get fooled at times . That is a great opportunity for deep soul lessons and a chance to level up though.
It can jump from vessel to vessel and if that person isn't protecting themselves spiritually they become a target .
Whenever we are getting really close beautiful opportunities and experiences this is when we get hit the hardest.
I take comfort in knowing that, it gives me even greater motivation and strength to push through.
Sadly ( long story why ) we lost our connection to our spiritual roots and our sacred spiritual practice's.
This has left so many people open and vulnerable to the spiritual attacks and allowed truly evil/dark / nothingness energies to be able to take a greater foot hold on the collective for many lifetimes .
(This is also our greatest teacher and collective/personal lesson )
I was given the vision this the round is different though.
There are enough souls that chose the extremely difficult but very important journey to do the deep personal /ancestral healing . For themselves, their spiritual and physical ancestral lineages .
Whenever we are experiencing the " psychic " energetic /spiritual attacks ,there are so many ways this can manifest.
Interrupting your sleep /dreams
Feeling low energy
A little voice of not feeling good enough or confident that whispers in your ear
Fear (attacks the sacral root Chakras)
Constant barrage of noisy interruptions
Loss of appetite or a huge appetite of binge eating can occur
Addictions
Disturbs your rational thinking process (brain fog ) loss of memory
Physical pain /illness
Feeling ungrounded/ apathetic/emotional outbursts that aren't your normal character
Your heart centered space becomes closed off ( that can also occur as a protective mechanism as well sometimes )
If you have an attachment you may start to act out of character, craving things or doing things that you wouldn't normally do
True evil has no heart or remorse for it's actions....its a back hole of nothing , that just consumes . If someone still has even a glimmer of heart and caring, then that soul is not dammed .
Souls do it to themselves, yes I feel sad that they do . Yet I am not attached to their fate ,they all serve a purpose in the cosmic /universal order of life .
They chose that darkness, that's on them and so are the consequences for the actions .
That is Divine will and universal law .
These were just a few examples of what a spiritual attack will do to you .
Everything starts in the etheric realms before it manifests in the physical.
That's why dis -ease ..is exactly just that .
I found some of the quickest ways to ward this off is recognize what's happening. Then be proactive.
Drink water, (bless you're water with uplifting intentions) eat fresh higher frequency foods , mediate and Listen to what your body needs.
I call on the Divine/Creator / Got, aids from the ancestors/ my spirit team
You do what's comfortable to you and your faith. The labels don't matter, it's the intentions in your heart .
Its about connecting to a higher power of pure love and light source energies .
🌱Get out in nature or have a quiet space you can collect yourself , breath , ground and recenter.
This has absolutely has no real power over you ...it's an illusion✨
A master of deciept and deceptions.
This is is a teacher if we choose to see it that way. To help us to tap into our higher selves, (intuition) find our inner light and strength.
Holding space for our own sovereign independence and light .
As well as being truly grateful to Divine/God/ Creator/Universe for giving us unconditional love and support.
Gratitude is the fastest way to our heart and to connect to the Divine .
We have to have faith , trust the process and believe we are always loved and cared for . No matter what the external circumstances look like .
The only power these dark forces have is what we give them .
Understanding what is happening then having the tools are the keys to transmuting the lower distorted energies withing ourselves first.
That will shift everything around you .
(As within -so without)
It's not a battle per se of I'm going to attack this darkness ...not at all.
It s about calming oneself ,mind ,body and spirit , and reclaiming your own inner strength, love & light .🌟✨
As a super empath, we not only feel the darker energies that come at us but also for the collective as well.
We are here to help teach others and to transmute those energies. Also to aid those who choose to ascend at this pivotal and historic time in humanities transition into the higher state of awareness (consciousness)
We are not alone and are always loved , protected and supported. We just have to take the first steps 🙏🕊️✨
